Wilson-Langley Fund for Luray Student Academic Scholarship

AMOUNT:
The number and amount of awards will vary.

GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATIONS:
A high school senior or graduate living in Luray, KS or in the rural areas of Amherst, Valley, Waldo or Luray townships.

CRITERIA:

• Applicants must be a resident of Luray, KS or living in the rural areas of Amherst, Valley, Waldo or Luray townships.
• Applicants must be a graduate or a high school senior in good standing to graduate.
• Applicants must be enrolled as a full-time course of study at a Kansas college, university, vocational or technical school in the academic year for which the scholarship is applied.
• Applicants must demonstrate academic achievement.
• Applicants must be involved in extracurricular activities.
• Applicants must submit a short essay addressing how living in a small town and attending a small high school has prepared them for the future.

This award is not renewable, however, previous recipients may be considered as part of the total applicant pool.
